Terms of service.

1. What You Receive

Each plan tier includes the following deliverables, sent to your email within 48 hours of your confirmed intro call:

• Essential Plan ($79): AI-generated trip report reviewed by a human advisor, 2–3 flight options, hotel shortlist matched to your stated budget and style, points vs. cash cost comparison, and booking-ready next steps.
• Smart Plan ($149): Everything in the Essential Plan, plus advanced points & miles optimization, multi-program analysis (Amex, Chase, airline miles, hotel points), routing and flexibility strategy, and one included revision round.
• Concierge Plan ($299+): Scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a written quote provided after your free intro call. Work begins only after you approve the quote.

2. Delivery Timeline

Plans are delivered within 48 hours of your confirmed intro call. If we cannot meet this timeline, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and provide a revised delivery date. Rush delivery (24-hour turnaround) is available as a paid add-on and is confirmed before payment is collected.

3. Revision Policy

The Smart Plan includes one free revision round, which must be requested within 14 days of plan delivery. The Essential Plan does not include a free revision round. Additional revisions on any plan are available at $20 per round, requested by email within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests submitted after 14 days of delivery cannot be honored under this policy.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your delivered plan does not include the deliverables listed for your tier — or contains a material error (wrong destination, wrong travel dates, no hotel options within your stated budget range) — you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@travelhackadvisors.com. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days of approval.

We review every refund request individually. Our goal is to fix the plan, not issue refunds — but if we cannot deliver what was promised, you do not pay.

5. What Is Not Refundable

• Rush delivery fees once work on the plan has begun
• Completed Concierge advisor hours (billed against your approved quote)
• Plans where a revision round has already been delivered
• Add-on fees (booking execution, trip monitoring) once the service has been performed

6. How We Are Compensated

Travel Hack Advisors charges a flat planning fee for each trip plan. We may also earn referral commissions from hotels and travel suppliers when clients choose to book through our recommended partners. These commissions are paid by the supplier — not by you — and do not increase the price you pay. Commissions never affect which hotels, flights, or options we recommend. We only recommend options we would book ourselves.
